Water is what helps use to be healthy. It is the very essence of all life. We can go without food but, we can not live as long without water. It is such a vital part of our lives that we take clean water for granted.

When we take a drink of water, most of us really do not think about the possibility that this clean, clear water could make you very sick or even take your life away. Think about what would happen if the water becomes unsafe for you to drink any longer?

It is essentially a fact that water is life. Consuming large quantities of water will help us to carry out our every day activities and renews the fluid levels that we loose when we are busy and working it off. What can be done to make sure that the water we consume is the safest it can be?
